Refund Policy

At Reborn Leather, every bag is handcrafted from genuine leather. As each piece is individually made, slight variations in colour, texture, and markings are part of the natural beauty of the leather and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• It is returned with all original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders.

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.

• Items returned after 7 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
